No sense of time or no value of other people's time. Our first visit here everything was fine and went fine. This time we sat for 30 minutes just to get told I'd have to wait for 10 more minutes. The reception couldn't even have a complete conversation with me about what was going on and kept telling me "one moment" just to tell me to wait more. Some people have jobs to get back to and an appointment not starting until over 30 minutes late is ridiculous and unprofessional. If you can't stay on track then don't schedule appointments so close together just to try to make more money.Edited to add the dentist did agree to make this right by coming in early one day to see us on any other day after I waited 40 minutes just to be told my kids shouldn't have even been scheduled yet because it was too soon for the insurance to cover the visit.
