Dr. Goodall and her staff are amazing!! I’m a college student at UNC that needed a cleaning so I went to Goodall’s (it was easier to find somewhere local than scheduling an appointment at home.) But after having only positive experiences, I am here to stay! Everyone on staff is friendly and does an amazing job. I’ve had some fairly significant dental work done since my initial visit and they have made me feel so comfortable!! 10/10 recommend:)

I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews; however, I feel it is necessary to share my recent experience with this particular dental office. I scheduled an appointment on short notice yesterday and completed all required paperwork, receiving confirmation that my appointment was set. After a sleepless night due to dental pain, I drove from Lee County to the office, only to find no one present upon my arrival.This situation has left me in considerable discomfort, with a swollen jaw, and without clear guidance on the necessary next steps for my dental care. I am facing the challenge of returning to work with these ongoing issues, all while having been unable to consult with a dentist in person. I appreciate the availability of virtual dental assistance through my dental insurance during this frustrating time. Thank you Goodall Family Dentistry no assistance!
