I have anxiety and tachycardia, and I was really nervous about my upcoming surgery for extraction and bone grafting. Julio was incredibly kind, keeping me distracted by explaining each step of the process and reassuring me that everything was going well. He was also excellent at suctioning excess water and blood from my mouth, preventing the sensation of drowning that could trigger an anxiety attack. The surgery was successful, and being made comfortable during the procedure truly helped. Thank you to the doctor, the ladies at the front desk, and especially to Julio. I felt really safe and comfortable with them.

Of all the dental offices I've ever been to since I waw a kid, this office is by far the best!The Manager Virginia is awesome and personalble, sweet and friendly. She always takes care of me, gives me a great price quote, and is willing to work with me and accommodate. She explains things to me in detail.Julio and Carolina are super cool & easy to talk to. Great conversations. The entire staff, whether it's the cleaning assistant, receptionist, etc, are friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cares. They always treat me with respect and not like just a number.They make me feel comfortable & safe. It's always a pleasant experience each and every time. Everyone here treats each other like family and happy. I also feel like family.They are great with rescheduling when I need to. They have the latest high-tech tools and equipment.I love that each person who worked on my teeth, whether it's cleaning, etc, will tell me what they are doing at each step. For example, 'I'm injecting water here.'
