I’ve never been anxious about dental procedures—having had routine treatments twice a year without issues all my life—until my experience at the Gold Coast Fullerton location. While things started off well there, a later experience left me triggered and anxious about visiting any dental office.Thankfully, by God's grace and due to needing a sooner appointment, I was scheduled at the Brea office for a root canal with Dr. Lenore Plaitano. From the start, Dr. Plaitano was straightforward and thorough, answering all my questions in detail and putting my mind at ease. Because of my anxiety, I scheduled the procedure for a later day, and he provided clear instructions to prepare. Danielle at the front desk was also was friendly and answered all my financial questions.On the day of the procedure, the front staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Plaitano's calm demeanor stood out—he consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable. His gentle and courteous approach made all the difference. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel a thing during the entire procedure! He truly has the most delicate touch I’ve ever experienced.Afterward, I was informed I’d need to return to the Fullerton location for my crown. Anxiety crept back in, so I insisted on having the follow-up done at the Brea office instead. This office had already earned my trust with their professionalism and ability to make me feel safe.When I expressed my concerns to Keisha, the office manager, she went above and beyond to accommodate me, scheduling me the same day with Dr. Faruchi for the crown. Dr. Faruchi was equally amazing—he didn’t need to numb me again, and I didn’t feel any discomfort during the procedure. His confidence and expertise were clear, as was his assistant's professionalism in addressing all my questions.Overall, my experience at the Brea office was exceptional. From the staff’s warmth to the doctors’ and staff's skill and care, they turned a situation filled with anxiety into a positive and painless experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking quality dental care.
