My son had an appointment on 12/18/2023 at 10:00Am and when we went for his appointment I told the appointment was canceled by receptionist Connie then i asked I didn’t get any communication from you about this, Connie stated that a message was sent to me so then when I looked at my phone there’s was text messages that was sent to me 12/14/23 state’s response yes to confirmed your appointment at 8:33am and same timeAfter we need to reschedule appointment can she come in today” keep in mind the patient is not female he is a male patient.So then I told Connie is not professional way to communicate with patients by text and I didn’t see this text before now she told me to come back at 11Am my son already got upset and sat in the car. I asked her if I could speak with the doctor and Connie replied drDoes not own the property it’s own by corporate I said to her I understand that but could you please call them for me? She came back to me after 10 minutes or so and said dr will accommodate. Then we were called around 10:35Am the hygienist didn’t offer me chair to sit on so I told my son I will wait in the lobby. 15 minutes after I went back to check my son and dr salma refaat was treating my son she was kind and stated are you the mom and offered me a chair sit on. Long story short we were done and left, as soon as we got in the car my son started crying and stated mom the lady that was with me before that dr hurt my gums I jumped and say ouch but she wasn’t even sorry, I called the office and asked the dr call me back so I could get the hygienist name however I’m still waiting for that call. That hygienist hurt my minor child on purpose And I want to get the bottom of this,, my poor child said mom please don’t take back there again. I wish I never left my child's side.

This was my first time at this dental office. The receptionist, Connie, was really friendly and informative! A special thank you to Sarah the hygienist for doing her job really gently and well. After checking my teeth, Dr. Brian Christenson gave useful recommendations regarding my care. I appreciate this team & highly recommend this dental office!
