Overheard the receptionist and one of the dental assistants talking about me. Once I confronted them, they told me I didn’t hear what I thought I heard. The UNPROFESSIONAL receptionist then decided to call me AFTER I left to let me know they weren’t talking about me but ANOTHER PATIENT “with the same name and treatment plan options”. Once I told the manager Amanda that either 1) I was being talked about or 2) they violated HIPPA by calling me regarding another patient, I was THEN told they weren’t talking about me or the patient the receptionist told me they were talking about, BUT INSTEAD were laughing and talking about a video. I laughed and told the supervisor Mona I no longer trust them with my health information, due to them having told me about “the other patient with the same name and treatment plan”!

Neacole greets you with a smile when you come in the office. She is always personable and works hard to give me the best appointment. Dr. Erica Hunt-Guzman is an excellent dentist. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, gentle and genuinely cares about the health of my teeth. I would highly recommend her.Truly everyone is great in this place. Dr. Erica Hunt-Guzman has put together a wonderful staff.

Every person here has been good to me. The first hygienist years ago was amazing, the ones I've seen now are just as gentle and nice. The old dentists from years ago were great and the current dentist I saw was just as good. They give you positive feedback and they really care. It's the best dentist I've been to in 30 years.
