I am extremely frustrated with my experience at this dental clinic. I was charged unexpected fees after already paying my initial bill. These hidden charges were not communicated to me upfront, and when I called to clarify, I was given vague excuses like "these fees were presented to you" or "it was just an estimate." Even after being assured that certain costs would be covered by insurance, I still received additional bills.I had dental crowns done here, and they fell out in less than two months. When I returned to have them fixed, I was handed a document to sign, which I refused because I had already paid over $2,500 for the procedure. Despite the dentist, Dr. Z, saying I wouldn't be billed further, I still received more charges later. I called multiple times to resolve the situation, but no one handled the issue professionally or offered a satisfactory resolution.I've been a loyal patient at this clinic for years, but every visit seems to come with some sort of billing issue or miscommunication. They consistently fail to honor their word regarding insurance coverage and billing transparency.I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. If you do choose to go, be extremely cautious and ensure every detail is documented. After this review, I will be filing a formal complaint. This clinic has lost my trust and my business due to their lack of accountability and poor handling of billing issues.

I’m very disappointed with the billing practices of this clinic. Despite not receiving any services recently, I keep getting bills from them. I’ve tried reaching out to resolve the issue and support person agreed there should not be any bill for me to pay, despite that I keep getting emails for bill payment. This kind of experience raises serious concerns about their billing system and customer service. I expected better transparency and professionalism. Also the deep cleaning they did was way below the mark and now I have to do it again! Please avoid gentle dental if you can to avoid headaches with their poor service and unprofessional behavior
