Immediately upon entering I was greeted by friendly staff. My appt was at 2:00 and they got me in immediately. They explained step by step and went to the lobby and shared information with my daughter. Everyone who talked with my daughter and I were extremely helpful and informative. They treated me kindly and throughout the visit made sure I was comfortable. I’m set to go back in 6 months and highly recommend the Escondido location.

I have been going to Gentle Dental in Escondido for 8 years and the friendly service has always been amazing. Visiting the dentist is never high on my list of fun things, but the professionalism and personal care from this team is second to none.

Went to this dental office in 2023 and gave them a bad review. Months later they called and offered me a small discount. I decided to go back and give them another chance to be nice and efficient. Manny was awesome. Amelia and Jackie were polite and friendly. The dentist was okay. My only issue was with Loritza. She was aggressively trying to do an up charge that was unnecessary and she should not be talking to patients. I will not be going back due to her behavior.
