Appointment times for orthodontist are so inconvenient. Then they screwed up my scans for my new trays which resulted in me having to make another appointment, which had to be at a different location. And now I have to wait 5 weeks until I get the new ones in. They didn’t do anything to try to apologize or make it right. I asked if they could rush the new trays and I was told no. I wish I had done more research and found somewhere more convenient and a place that didn’t treat their patients with such impatience. I never leave their feeling like I am a valued patient. I trusted them because I go to gentle dental for my routine dental work. I do not recommend their orthodontist.

Fantastic group, friendly, courteous, gentle, caring office on Dobson and Frye. I’ve never been treated so well, they explain everything that’s going on and give you options and also stay with what your insurance will cover. Started at Gentle Dental on McClintock and they were very pushy and always wanted you to sign up for some treatment plan. Wanted to pull most of my bottom teeth when there was no reason to, so I switched offices and hit the jackpot.

Highly recommend this office! Sohail is my hygienist and absolutely phenomenal! The entire staff is friendly and personable! After years of fear and not going to the dentist I finally tried this location and have now been coming regularly! They have minimized my fears with their amazing staff!
