I was referred to Gentle Dental by my former dentist, who did half a procedure one day, scheduled me for the rest of the procedure on another day, and, during the interim, she found out her office didn't accept my insurance. She cut me off from services without even having the decency to COMPLETE the procedure she started!Her own staff referred me to Gentle Dental, because they knew they would accept my insurance.They did.Have been taking good care of me ever since!

The building inside and outside is a little scary looking.They don't provide lead glasses to protect your eyes while they take the x-rays and take a considerable amount of X-rays. A normal 4 dental bitewings x-rays equals 4 years of background radiation. They do at least 9-12 x-rays. Just from the one visit- I obtained at least 12 years of background radiation.The Doctor was very nice.

Doctor and entire staff are so friendly and professional. They make going to the dentist as pleasant as possible. Twice, I had a dental emergency and they scheduled me right away. I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Hello TWIMC,I am taking advantage of this opportunity to express my satisfaction with Gentle Dental. My appointment begins on time.The office and staff are kind and professional. The partitioned "Dentist Chair" areas are clean, and the hygienist is Gentle as advertised.Nothing is wrong with my visit to Gentle Dental except perhaps the stairway up to the second floor. That stairway is narrow andso are the stairs. I am 68 years old. It is a long way down especially in winter with snow being tracked into the building. The stairway is positioned just three feet from the main entrance.Except for a narrow stairway in an old office building that was converted from an old house, I am pleased with my experiences with doing dental business.
