First visit here, came from City center dental downtown. Super happy with the change. First I was in and out, so didn’t take 30 minutes of waiting like other places. Then the assistant and hygienist had amazing bedside manner. Thank you Lennell and Hannah!!

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office! The staff are very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The office itself has a nice and cozy ambient, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere. The team is also very professional, making sure I was well-informed and at ease throughout my visit. I will definitely make this place my favorite for all my dental needs. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went and all the staff were so nice. The receptionist that tended us were great, they were Megan and Ana. I felt very confident with Dr. Kim taking care of us. My wife came back happy after her check up. She said Lenell and Hannah really helped her a lot in understanding what she could do to better her teeth care. Dana and Dario were also very helpful. Overall it was a very great experience, we’ll definitely be coming back.

Took all 6 of my kids yesterday. From scheduling to the day of, everyone and everything was awesome! Shout-out to Megan, Ana, Brittany, Lennell, Hannah, and Dario for being friendly, professional, caring, and efficient!! Makes for an overall great experience. Dr. Kim was awesome too! Very friendly yet professional, efficient and thorough. One of the best experiences in dentistry that we've had. As busy as he was, he and his staff took the time to take care of our kids and let us know all we needed to. First time that I didn't feel rushed. We appreciate Dr. Kim and his staff and highly recommend going to their West Valley location to see for yourself how great they are!

Best place for any kind of dental work. Dr. Kim and his staff are top shelf. Interface with insurance providers is seamless; in my case, they verified what coverage was available and tailored the timing of my treatment to accomplish the treatment to take the fullest advantage of every dollar of insurance benefits to reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket costs. I’m in my 70s and that was a first. Dr. Kim walked me through each phase of the treatment in a manner that I understood it all. He is the most painless dentist I have ever encountered - and when I say painless, I don’t mean “less pain;” I mean no pain. His assistants are very pleasant, professional and skilled. I have yet to meet any staff, from those who meet you as you enter the office, through the treatment, billing, follow up and scheduling who isn’t first-rate. And every face has a genuine smile. Both my wife and I are 100% content with Genesis Dental!
