Being a new patient to the office, I felt no warmth in the place. My first visit was ghost since there was no one at the reception desk to greet or welcome me until five or so minutes later.The office could use some warmth as it feels or appears alone and dry. The staff, not many, were not friendly or welcoming. As a new patient, I was the trying to make conversation to break the ice, but that went no where.Dr. Parker, initially appeared pleasant, but after my fourth visit, her pleasantry became dull and desolate. I can't say that the procedure she did was the best. Dr. Parker lacked sensibility and care since she did not seem to sympathize or empathize my discomfort while she performed my procedure. There was no communication to help me feel better or understand what was going on.To say the least, the office and staff could use some tender, love and care with the hope they'd understand and recognize to be reciprocal. On the last day of the year, during my procedure, there was not a warm good bye. Dr. Parker, after having been done with my procedure, just walked away from the treatment room. I wasn't sure she was done until the hygienist confirmed she was. As I walked out, I looked for her to greet her a Happy New Year, but she was not in sight. Hence, the reason why my comments.I do pray that this year, 2025, brings love, peace and joy to everyone, and particularly Dr. Parker and her staff since they're in a position to express that warmth, caring feeling we all need, especially when going into a treatment facility not many find comforting. I had a scaling and deep cleaning 1/2 was completed, on Monday l will have the other half completed. There was no pain and the experience was wonderful. Everyone at Dr Conti’s office are so nice and very professional, it is always a pleasant experience. I have referred friends to his practice and they feel the same way as l do. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Very pleasant staff and a great doctor. Definitely 5 stars!!I am generally extremely apprehensive about going to the dentist, but they do a wonderful job of easing my anxiety. Dr. Parker asks if I am ok very often.

I started coming here after being fed up with the revolving door of different dentists at NJ Smiles in Union. Dr. Parker and her staff are wonderful! I came in with really a really bad toothache after taking x-rays and giving me a prescription for pain meds, her staff offered to give me my cleaning right then and there so I wouldn’t have to come in again. I absolutely recommend Garden State and Dr. Parker!
