We ordered a couch on Wednesday and were told it will be delivered on Saturday. We removed the old couch and were waiting. 12 pm we called to ask for delivery we were told they don’t do deliveries in the morning they are doing then afternoon, and that driver will call us 2 hours before delivery. Before 6 pm still no one called so we called back. First we were told that we are not on the delivery list for Saturday. So we asked then why we were told we will get delivery on Saturday so than they came up with excuse that actually driver called us but were by the phone all day waiting and nobody called. Then we were told the driver head a death in the family all the deliveries for that day were cancelled. 3 different stories within 10 minutes. Never going back again.My husband went to get money back and they said they can’t give it back because the couch is ordered. After all the lies they gave discount for the inconvenience.

Whatever you do don’t go to the furniture store two bold guys in their act all nice but are crooks they lie about getting you a color of furniture but send you the wrong color they are crooks scammers don’t deal with them all the bad reviews are not for show they really mean it when I called them of course I was pissed they started cursing and mouthing off don’t deal with these crooks! (We ordered the beige color got this ugly color)

Ordered living room sectional and 6 chair dining room table to be delivered 3 days ago and because of a truck breakdown, they say, I’m sitting in my apartment with no furniture because all old furniture was removed. And on top of all of that no one called me to tell me this. I had to call and find out myself.Finally on day 4 it was delivered. Very happy with the outcome but there was no need for all the non-communication, aggrevation and the wait. The delivery guys were extremely courteous friendly and helpful and went above and beyond.

Went into the store looking for a mattress, salesman Mikey helped me out and got it at a great price. Beat every store I went to. Delivery service was excellent as well. Recommend this store! No problems
