Excellent experience. Everyone at this dentist office was kind & skilled, from office personnel to doctors & technicians. I am a dentistry coward due to not-great past experiences. I was so appreciative of the professionalism & skill displayed, combined with the supportive & gentle care I received. I especially noticed that while the Dr. was working, his voice & demeanor toward his assistant was as soft & kind as to me, his patient. Best of all, the pain I feared was hardly noticeable.My thanks to everyone at Front Street Family Dentistry!

2 minutes agoNewZERO STARS.I have had a tooth that has been causing issues and found out that I need a root canal. I informed this office that I was losing my insurance and had asked if they could help me get the crown put on before my insurance ran out. They made me wait almost 2 weeks because they kept trying to ask the dentist. I came in two times and the dentist told me to my face "please tell the front desk to make smaller payment arrangements with you." Each time I asked, they told me the dentist said it was not possible. He knew I was losing my insurance, am in extreme pain, am going through divorce and was only looking to have the payments broken up more so I could afford the crown. Not only did the dentist lie to my face by assuring me he would offer lower payment break downs so I could pay the full amount, just broken up more, he continued to tell the front desk to make sure I knew I had to get the crown within 30 days of the root canal. This dentist cares about absolutely nothing other than money. I have 3 friends and 4 family members who go to this office and am absolutely going to tell them about this so they continue to find another practice. Please do yourself a favor and go to a dentist who cares and do not go to this money grabbing place.

Veronica R. is the best dentist that I have ever had! Shes professional, extremely thorough, and SHE REALLY CARES! So does her assistant!!! Assistant explains EVERYTHING to me in laymen terms.. so no surprises!! She's WONDERFUL! They are the best team ever!!Ive never fully trusted any dentist in my life (67 yrs young!) Veronica has managed to earn my trust! Fior the first time in my life, I go to the dentist anxiety free! I KNOW Im in goi hands! Shes a keeper! I hope I have her for my dentist the rest of my life!!
