I use to love coming to this office, I have been a patient here for the last 3 almost 4 years. The office has changed drastically and constantly have new faces whom don’t seem to know what they are doing. The hygienist is awful and makes you have a very unwelcoming feeling. I waited forty five minutes in a room to be seen, to be told from the assistant that only one hygienist is working out of multiple rooms. Dr Garber is an excellent dentist but the staffing from the moment you walk in to the chair is just so unfriendly. I understand change comes within an office but I surely miss some of the old folks whom use to always make my visits seem like a family oriented place. I can only hope a positive turn around happens for such a great dentist.
