She helped me pick out the right plan for my braces and was very patient with me during the process.She’s very friendly and always smiling and in a good mood.This location is always packed but they really do their best at making sure they see everybody in a timely manner. I recommend them for your dental care.

The back office staff is great. But front desk are not professional at all. Appointments are not respected. They tell you be here 15 min prior to your appointment. So you can sit here for an hour. This is every visit. There restrooms are unattended. I spoke with the office manager and said she'd make notes of my complaints.But of course nothing has changed.

Very friendly and professional staff. Very respectful of my time and wait wasn’t very long at all. Dr Smith was very informative and took time to explain x-rays and answer my questions and concerns. Very pleased with service provided. Thank you Fresh Dental Care

Went in as a new patient. It was the first time, so it was absolutely 💯 free consultation. The staff were friendly, And tho there were alot of people, my name was called quickly. I was out in about 1 hour

I visited this place in December 2023, and my experience was terrible. I had to wait an unreasonable four hours, almost until closing time, before I was finally served. To make matters worse, the person who cleaned my teeth was a dentist intern, which was not what I wanted; I prefer an experienced dentist for that. Additionally, my mother had an afternoon appointment there and also had to wait far too long.
