ZERO STARS!!! The absolute worse experience EVER!!! First , they set an appointment for my daughter 6 months ago for 4 pm which had to changed to 3 pm. Ok. NO PROBLEM! I made the new arrangements with my employer. Get to my daughter's appointment at 2:20 pm for her 3 pm appointment. They have what seems to be 1000 kids set for the exact same time!! We didn't leave that dental office until almost 5 pm!! THEN, the chick at the front desk had an attitude when I nicely inquired about what was taking so long!! UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least!!!!! DO not overbook these appointments for these children. I am a professional working mother who lives by things in ORDER!! This was HOT MESS!!!!!!! DO BETTER!

So far so good, my daughter was a new patient when I called and was able to be cared for the next day. We were in and out . Staff was very professional and waiting area and bathroom was clean . Thank you keep up the great work.

Wait time can be extensively long. Although, there is no grace period. You cannot be late what so ever! However, I do appreciate this dentist being affordable and accommodating to this neighborhood. Demographic wise the environment is the environment and attitudes may vary and may not be welcoming as much.I also don’t recommend Dr.Emam she is unpleasant and super unwelcoming. She Does not exude professional behavior. It gives “I hate it here”attitude. She does not greet patients or parents and makes you feel uncomfortable. We never schedule an appointment if she the only doctor available. Moving forward I will make sure my child doesn’t see her. Other than that. Be kind and hopefully it’s returned. Parents please be attentive to your children it’s aggravating toSome ppl when you allow your small kids to run around all over the place. Also, stop leaving your other children in the building to watch their siblings.

I normally don’t care too much for leaving a review but I am truly disgusted with the treatment from this dentistry. the staff is very rude. of course they’re a few who are well mannered but the light skin woman in the front was extremely disrespectful. I tried to reschedule my daughter’s procedure because of course they were taking two hours plus to even call her to the back. I was told that there was no rescheduling & even if I rescheduled I would still have a longer wait period. so what’s the purpose of scheduling my daughter’s procedure at 8 in the morning if we were still going to be waiting on the procedure two hours later? I just decided as a mother that I will take my daughter to a different dentist with better staff and better wait time. if I could leave no stars, I would.
