I have been coming into Fortune Dental for a few years. I have never had a problem until recently. I paid in advance for a treatment plan and now I am trying to get $436 back for half of the treatment that I won’t be doing. It has been 6 weeks and they keep telling me they have to wait for my insurance to pay the half of the treatment I did do. So they are basically keeping my credit of $436, in case I owe more. When they are supposed to bill me if the treatment is more than the estimate I paid. It was my fault that I paid for the whole treatment in advance. But fair warning to anyone who does.
