Forest Falls Dental Reviews
Scheduling is difficult. They were not able to reschedule me (due to their need to reschedule) for 4 months. When I finally got in, the hygienist I was provided was only out of school for 2 months and did not really know what she was doing. She even hurt me a few times. In addition, I have had gum recession for years and my previous dentist (from before I moved) told me I’ll likely need gum grafting. When telling the very young dentist that my pain is getting worse, he told me it was from clenching my teeth and I need braces. I’m 50 years old! That is the craziest thing I’ve ever been told by a dentist. I will not be going back.
Dec 22, 2024 · Marni PrinceThey are not considerate people at all. I have an infected tooth that I have taken antibiotics for 4 times already and my dentist referred me to these guys. The appointment I scheduled was for 6 months out so my wife told them if somebody canceled I will take their appointment. They called my wife on a Tuesday telling her that they had an appointment on a Thursday at 9:10 am. At first I turned down the appointment because I had a busy day lined up for work but I ended up calling them back because the tooth has been making me sick and I didn't want to risk my health. Thursday comes around and I leave my house at 8 am because it's over an hour drive, unfortunately I got stuck in traffic and had to stop at the gas station to fill my tire up with air so it threw me 15-20 minutes so I let them know "figured it wouldn't be a big deal seeing how usually your waiting in the lobby for 20-30 minutes anyways at dentists and judging from their reviews some people got there and waited 40+ minutes" . Anyways, they waited until I was 1 minute from their location to call me to explain their 10 minute late policy and that they couldn't see me. At that point I was a little bummed because I wasted a 2 hour round trip and 40 dollars in gas but figured whatever it's my fault atleast I tried and I will just reschedule. But nope, they completely kicked me out over it even though I was nothing but respectful on the phone. They kicked me out to spite me. So now I'm back to square 1 dealing with a nasty tooth infection that keeps me up late at night and has made me ill for a while now. I could see kicking somebody out if they were late 2 or 3 times or it was a no call no show, but 15 minutes late once? I think they forget that they are working in the health field and infected teeth can be very dangerous especially if the infection spreads. Its 1 strike your out with these guys. They could care less if your up all night with a severe toothache or if your vomiting because of the infection. And nobody told us about a 10 minute policy. I've never been turned away from any health or dentist facility for being less than 20 minutes late, let alone been kicked out.
Dec 12, 2024 · Staples FamilyDr Nguyen is an AMAZING dentist with the upmost care & professionalism. I was suffering bad from a chip tooth that had some decay. I could not eat, sleep or function my day to day activities. After calling the emergency number during the weekend, Dr Nguyen responded back the next day and booked me in for a root canal Monday morning. I am INCREDIBLY grateful for his services & recommend him to all. 10/10! THANK YOU AGAIN!
