I have never enjoyed going to the dentist and Dr. Lysik and Christelle have always made it a positive experience. I've been overall very happy with the care received. The hygienist that works with my two year old is absolutely wonderful. Shows him all the tools to make him comfortable etc. They listen to my concerns and make sure to address them with appropriate treatment.The only thing that is inconvenient about this place is that the treatments are not lined up to be efficient. So if you have your cleaning but then need to see the dentist and have x-rays it takes a long time between each of the steps where you're back out in the waiting room. Not a huge deal, but makes an appointment longer than you'd expect it to be.

She also resolved a dental issue I had struggled with for years, despite consulting multiple doctors.My husband and son visited for orthodontic concerns, and Dr. Dragoi provided a detailed consultation and diagnosis. We’re now looking forward to the next steps in their treatment.The friendly receptionist patiently explained how to use our medical insurance, which was incredibly helpful as we’re new to Canada and navigating this process for the first time.I wholeheartedly recommend Florence Dentistry to everyone I know. The hygienist I saw today at Florence Dentistry was lovely. She explained everything she was doing clearly, made some helpful recommendations, and didn’t shame me for not having been to the dentist in a couple years. The front desk staff was kind and gave clear info about getting a mouth guard and the payment process. Great experience, will definitely be back!

I hadn't been to a dentist in 9 years. 5 cavities were found, and I was not shamed for either the long length of time between dentists nor the cavities. I've had a singular cavity worked on years ago that hurt more than the 5 done here - the fillings feel natural in my mouth, and I was in no pain at any time. The support staff is fantastic, and my insurance was billed for me. Heartily recommend.
