It saddens me that after 20+ yrs of going to Holly that I received a letter from her this week that she will no longer be taking our dental plan as of Dec.1st because of inflation. As a loyal patient for so many yrs I find it so disrespectful that she would give such short notice, could have least made it more reasonable so we could have had time to find another dentist without rushing to find another dentist as my husband had dental appts coming up. It made us both think she no longer wanted us at patients. Also on Nov 4th I ask for our dental records to be emailed to us and as of Dec 2nd we still haven't received them, so I guess I'll be making another phone call, which is totally ridiculous. And how unprofessional can you be to send out a letter instead of talking to us in the office.
