Dr Massoumi and his staff are exceptional professionals. From the moment of checking in they totally, graciously assisted me with completing my electronic info…patiently and friendly then directing me into Dr Massoumi’s personal professionally designed office. Dr Massoumi immediately greeted me shaking my hand to welcome me to joining his dental practice. We sat down to exchange information on what brought me in today. He listened thoroughly with sincere interest of getting to know me and also his background. Next I was escorted to the dental exam room, introduced to April, xray tech, explaining the process of doing complete X-rays for Dr Massoumi to review. She was very comprehensive and gentle. After review of X-rays, Dr conducted thorough exam explaining each step in detail. They are all extremely the most professional medical group I have encountered, felt totally relaxed and in the very best of hands, My cleaning with Kayla, again was such a great checkup. Seriously, this team is off the charts!!!!!!

I was referred to Dr Fedorciw by a family member who is a dental professional, and someone I trust. She said he was kind and caring with a sense of humor, which is exactly what I need. Dr Fedorciw immediately set us at ease, by treating my first visit as a consultation, including my husband, and sitting with us in his office. He took a great deal of time, learning about me and my issues, and explaining his focus, and what he does. By the time we moved to the exam chair, I was quite relaxed. Dr Fedorciw was gentle and explained everything he did, before he did it. And at the end he gave his recommendations for a Plan of Care that made perfect sense to us. I actually look forward to working with him to get my mouth healthy again!

Excellent! All my wife’s co-workers have exclaimed how Dr. Mehran Massoumi is very nice. They were not exaggerating, Dr. Massoumi is truly a very nice, kind and caring person.The initial consultation gave me excellent insight to Dr. Massoumi’s philosophy regarding dentistry, only do what is best for the patient. A previous dentist I had, stated at my first visit that white fillings are only good for six years and that I should have one ‘worked on’ every six months. Also repeatedly suggested were deep cleanings. A very useful procedure, but not one that I need. If your dentist has a list of procedures that need to be done over the next few years, you might want to have a second opinion.The technician who created my X-Rays and the hygienist did excellent work. My X-rays were shown to me using a monitor that was close enough were I could see in detail. Dr. Massoumi gave excellent descriptions and increased my understanding of how he uses X-Rays to see when procedures are actually needed.Everyone at the practice is pleasant and happy. There was not any of the typically negativity one hears at medical offices when workers think no one is listening.The building is in excellent condition, very clean. The dentist office is pleasantly decorated, a perfect extension of the attitude of the entire team.I strongly recommend Dr. Mehran Massoumi.

For anyone ISO an extraordinary dentist, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Fedorciw's office in Cromwell. Born in Bklyn, raised in Queens, a graduate of NYU Dental School, Dr. Fedorciw has it all: he's charming, compassionate, knowledgeable (goes to great lengths to make sure his patients understand procedures, treatments, etc.) thoroughly competent, experienced and professional, as is his office staff and hygienist. Simply put, Dr. Fedorciw is extraordinary! (And this recommendation comes from the son of another highly regarded dentist!)

Dr. Alexa Kolbig, got your girl smiling BIG!! BIG!!From the first visit when the system glitched, and scheduled me down the street at a different place, but i ended up in her office, listen her office seen the urgency on my face, and they were like WE CAN TAKE YOU 🙌🏽. After a few visits i am walking around every one saying look at my teeth. 😁 biggest smile on my face. This great group of people, I just want to thank you all for your professionalism, and eagerness to help me out. I'm cheesing BIG!! writing this. Thank you so much for helping me out.
