I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dentist on December 12 2024. To clarify, my review does not include the front desk staff, as the receptionist was respectful and even attempted to cover for the dentist's behavior.Firstly, there was a large dog barking continuously for the entire hour. When I inquired about it, I was told the dog was brought in by his sister for babysitting purposes. While I love dogs, a dental office is not an appropriate environment for pets, especially when clients are being treated.Secondly, the dentist seemed rushed and more focused on explaining why he could only bill for one hour than on properly addressing my concerns. I felt dismissed and hurried out without adequate explanations for my treatment.Thirdly, I was alarmed to see the dentist fail to change his gloves after stepping out to deal with the barking dog. To make matters worse, used gloves were left on the examination room table instead of being disposed of properly, raising serious hygiene concerns.Additionally, when I requested an after-visit summary, the staff was unable to provide one, which left me feeling further dissatisfied with the overall experience.Lastly, the dentist’s attire was unprofessional, consisting of faded pants and Crocs. As a healthcare professional, I expected a more polished and appropriate appearance.Overall, this experience was deeply unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this practice to others.Ronald
