I originally scheduled an appointment for a 9:20 time slot at least three weeks in advance. However, the day before my appointment, I received a call to confirm my appointment for an hour later. Missing the call I was given the option to text with my confirmation. I attempted to inform the office via text message that my original appointment time was 9:20. Unfortunately, the tone of the response from the office was very unprofessional and confrontational, which led me to cancel my appointment.As a result, I cannot recommend this office. It is essential for professionals to treat customers and patients with respect and consideration, as we plan our schedules according to the times given, and the office should do the same.
