All I can really say is don't go to Dr. Kinder for dentures because if the lab does not do them correct she is no help getting them corrected and will let you go months in misery no matter how many times you go back in saying you are having problems even if you are in tears..everytime I went back and it was alot going back, I would see a different assistant never the same one..so always something different done to the denture...after I was there in March got soft reline it helped for while then when it wore off back to same mess..too big, gagged me sharp places inside that fit around my gums..my lip on right side would hang up on top of them when I smiled and would have to pull it down...same things I complained about every visit..I only seen the Dr maybe 3 times..no sympathy for what I was going through..Finally I called my insurance filled grievance and made appointment and went back..on May 12th..seen Amy she is great explained I didn't want the denture I wanted new one made, she went talked to Dr. Kinder came back said she was going to refund my insurance and I could go somewhere else have them made...that was fine with me but not very professional for the Dr. Not to come in and talk to me and at least apologize for all the misery I had endured with the denture and the suffering I had to go through trying to wear them..but not only that she took my denture and now I am left without any teeth at all...I only wore them when I had to go out somewhere to not look awful now I am not able to even go out because I have no teeth..I ask could I keep them till I got me some then bring them in and was told no...it will be a month now or longer and no teeth....stuck at home....can't eat...Thanks Dr. Dr. Kinder for nothing...prayers for you

I have been going to Family Dental for 10 years now and I've always received the best care. Dr. Qi is amazing and she will not recommend you to do something unless it needs to be done. She will give you options as well as her recommendations. You can trust her with your care! My hygienist is awesome as well!

They do an excellent job and are very gentle in their probing and cleaning. Amanda did a great job on my cleaning today. She was very thorough and yet my mouth isn't sore at all. Dr Kinder has been my dentist for years now and she is absolutely excellent. I highly recommend Family Dental Center.
