Horrible experience! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I came to them with an urgent issue, and they promised to send a request to Medi-Cal for emergency coverage and told me to wait two months. I waited, endured the pain, and after two months, when I called them, they acted surprised and said it was an issue with the insurance! How can they treat patients so carelessly? Instead of providing help, they wasted my time, nerves, and delivered zero results. This clinic is a perfect example of how medical service should NOT operate. I strongly advise against going there if you value your health and time!

I visited this clinic in October due to severe pain, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Initially, they told me I needed to wait 4–6 weeks for my insurance approval. I waited patiently, but when I called back, they had no record of my visit. To make matters worse, they confused me with another patient and insisted I had already had a tooth extraction, which never happened! After 15 minutes of confusion, they finally found my information and told me to call my insurance to find out why the request hadn’t been approved.When I spoke with my insurance company, they informed me that the clinic never submitted a request in the first place! When I called the clinic again, they blamed the insurance and accused them of lying. This is completely unacceptable! Not only did they fail to send the request, but they also didn’t even record my original visit.To this day, despite their promises to resolve the issue and call me back, I haven’t heard from them. Horrible service, complete lack of accountability, and careless treatment of patients. If you value your time and health, avoid this clinic at all costs.

My grandmother visited this office in order to remove a tooth and get a replacement, to clean her teeth, and more. Dr. Jamil was taking care of her and she very much enjoyed how precise, gentle, efficient, and quick he was. Her mouth felt much cleaner and she did not feel the pain that she was expecting after the fact.Along with his exceptional work, he is very kind, welcoming, understanding, informative, and helpful. My grandma visited other offices but was not entirely pleased with what she heard, but she enjoyed Dr. Jamil’s explanation on the process and why it needs to be done, information on insurance and how it will be covered, and his assistance overall.We finished everything that needs to be done and my grandma is pleased with the end results! We will definitely return if necessary.We definitely recommend Dr. Jamil at Sanati Dental.

Dr. Jamil deserves all the stars and more, I was so impressed by his remarkable work. he is not just a fabulous doctor but he is more of an artist as well. He was very creative and experienced on top of all the knowledge he's got. I definitely recommend him to all my friends, family and love ones. He is the best.
