This place is a scam!! The service here is TERRIBLE!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My appointment was at 3:30, I wasn’t called back for service until 5:30. After sitting in the exam chair for 30 mins the technician comes in and takes X-rays. The male doctor comes in and apologizing for the wait from taking the walk ins I’ve seen come in after me and they took BEFORE ME! They completely overbook and have 6 seats in the waiting room for the 15 people they try to see at the same time. The doctor then tries to sell me a treatment plan for over $1000 saying my insurance would cover most of it, which i understood. I asked if I can have the standard cleaning today and come back for a deep cleaning (since my insurance renews at the beginning of the year and I’m using my current benefits before the year ends)and the doctor tried to bait me using insurance tactics. After I told her I work in healthcare and I know how insurance works she went and talked to the provider about just getting a standard cleaning since I’ve been waiting and had somewhere to be. After I told the doctor I live an hour away and wouldn’t mind coming back for treatment (I come to Chicago every week for family) but I just wanted a standard cleaning, I was turned away and refused treatment after waiting for over 2 hours. The doctor said “our dental hygienist isn’t in to do the cleaning” but was just willing to bill my insurance over $1000 if I agreed to do a deep cleaning right then and there. Terrible service, and a SCAM!!! I will never come here again.

Dr. Babajoni was efficient, fast, knowledgeable with great bedside manners. Exam was thorough and treatment plan offered was reasonable. Definitely recommend a coming to see the dentist here.

Dr. Mertens is the greatest. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate when doing dental work. She took care of my crowns, filling my cavity in full and fixed my dental work. Another dentist messed up. She's awesome. I recommend her services ☺️.
