First off, andI may not be alone here, I despise dentist visits. Fortunately, I have only needed to visit for bi-annual cleaning but the scheduling has been running very much on time. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Courtney is very thorough and takes the time to review notes from prior visits and makes mental notes before even starting. I always feel like she makes each visit personal and cares about my well being. Would recommend! 🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷

Family Dental is a great place! Everyone who works there is kind, skilled and efficient. I've been going there for decades, SO grateful for all the thorough cleanings, the several crowns that have allowed me to keep eating regular food, for prompt attention and treatment of this current issue: broken root and a post placement, goodbye, unwanted gap! I recommend Family Dental in Reading, Mass. God bless you every one!

I am a lot older …. And I’m ashamed of how I look ….. I was afraid to go to the dentist ….. until I had the worst toothache ….I went to family dental ….it was my friend at work … said to me.. Mike you gotta go to Family Dental (Dr. May)….Made the call…All my fears are now gone…The best dentist anywhere ….With great payment ideas…Thanks Dr. May …I feel like a little kid … with no fears of going to the dentist…and the best paintings on the wall…. ( great distraction!)

My wife and I haven't been to the dentist in over 4 years,we are elderly, we both had broken/ painful teeth, previously we had been clients for years, when we were working F.T. jobs, we had x-rays, cleaning, I had a broken tooth, they were able to squeeze me in tomorrow, not painful,my wife has 2 infected teeth, that need to be removed, they let me switch my appt.so they can take my wife tomorrow,no problem, Dr. gave a Prescription, antibiotic for my wife. From the front desk, accounts receivable, dental hygienist to the Dr. they were all warm welcoming, friendly and most of allProfessional. Customer service/care is what I look for, I managed several business, with several hundred teammates, you treat people like you want to be treated. BULLSEYE!!! For Reading Family Dental.Oh yeah my wife and I got a senior discount.
