Worst place ever !!! And I was 30Plus minutes early for my appointment I still didn’t get called to the back until 10 minutes after my actual appointment time , then I’m sitting in the back for a good 20 minutes to see a doctor still no doctor my appointment was at 4 it is now 4:37pm and they close at 5pm I am 35 weeks pregnant this is crazy they need to do better hire more mid wife’s

I recommended them to my finance and her kids. They needed pc and a host of services. These ppl do care. They listen to the needs and go way beyond and above our needs. This is what medicine is about. Caring for a patients needs first. God bless every single staff and medical worker there. They got your back.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I moved here 6 months ago and found it almost impossible to find a primary care doctor, Fair Haven community Health center set me up with a wonderful primary Care physician, they were on time never made me wait. very clear about instructions of what I needed to do for a follow-up. the staff is amazing! their staff is impeccable, friendly and they listen. it's hard to find a medical staff that actually listens to your concerns. I can't say enough, if you need good health care this is the place to go!!

I went through my first pregnancy with Fair Haven. I gave birth 2 months ago. The support was outstanding. the midwives are excellent and made me extremely comfortable through the entire process. They listened to me and my concerns and we alway discussed what my options were. I never felt as though was wasn't heard and they let me take the lead with every decision. I wasn't thrilled about having my baby at Yale but they made the birthing process as easy as possible considering the circumstances. I would highly recommend young mothers and first time moms especially to come here for prenatal care, birthing assistance, postpartum care and just regular check ups in general. I moved forty minutes away and still come here every time I need medical care.

I have a comment about the lady that makes the appointments at the dentist office. It is not the lady at the receiving desk, it’s the lady at the back that makes the appointment once the dentist is ready.This lady is extremely rude! She yells at the patients. I have seen her yelling at the elderly. If I call to make an appointment, she treats me badly and does not have any respect towards me. It happens so many times that I am over it. Because of her I am now looking for another dentist. Even though the dentists are great, I cannot tolerate this lady’s attitude, how she treats me and how I see her treating others. She is an example of an aggressive and toxic work environment / service.
