I've read negative comments regarding reception but I must disagree. I unfortunately have had many issues in regards to referrals by my doctors, leaving me to call frequently to rectify. Reception has been PHENOMENAL everytime. They've always been courteous and gone above and beyond to help try and handle my MANY COMPLICATED situations, and were very thorough. Any "red tape issues" are NOT their fault however they have worked tirelessly to try and help me resolve issues and have been SUCCESSFUL at such most of the time. So I say... Thank You to them.The on site blood lab is wonderful, convenient and fast. Having Dental, Behavioral Health and Gynecology at their locations is also a plus.However... there are A LOT of clients. This obviously leads to delays for appointment availability. Staff i feel is a bit overloaded(common everywhere now) and I feel some issues would probably be avoided if not for that. I have had Consistent errors in every single specialist referral sent out and THAT is MY number one problem. This seems to be an issue with MY particular medical professional but not all. Other clients with other doctors don't seem to have this same issue. So all in all if living in New haven area it has its conveniences.

I have been going here since I was a child. It was a little rough back in the day,but has come a long way.I just want to say the my current Dr is awesome. (Dr. Martinez). I just love him!!!!! He is very kind and understanding.

The staff are very nice and know thier stuff. They are pretty good at getting you seen that day if ts urgent. I do have to say, im not sure if it's their computer system or what, but getting a response from my dr about stuff like blood results or concerns of mine had been tryin. One time I was trying to get a refill on a script written by my current Dr. That I hav e seen there, it took over 3 weeks of stopping in and messaging (one time I even brought the old bottle by their request and it still took another week and a half) to finally have my script in hand. I've only been a patient since September but they are in the neighborhood so that's super convenient.....AND they have their own pharmacy right next door so perfect to grab your prescriptions before you go home.

The most accepting and welcoming Doctor's office I have ever been to for LGBTQIA+ individuals, myself included! Outside of being so supportive of all of the identities and forms of expression out there, the staff here are efficient, they are polite & courteous, and the waits are very modest.I have only seen a few specialists here so I will not be able to speak for everyone that works here: Dr. Suski for Primary Care, Caitlin C. for Behavioral Health, and the Quest Diagnostics labs team are all wonderful people to work with! I've never had an issue with working with these people, again the only ones I've seen. Getting concerns addressed with the Front Desk has also never been an issue!The one downside is appointment availability is sometimes weeks or months away, but it's easy to see why with how many people come in & out of here which is why I won't knock off a star.Overall, a truly unexpectedly amazing place to receive quality care! Special props for having multilingual staff!
