Dr. Alla Pavlushkin is a humanist and a service oriented woman than profit oriented money minded dentist.Many dentists won’t accept all the insurances. They are very selective based on the payment they receive from the insurance company. Where as Dr. Alla at the Empire Dental of Oldbridge is not money thirsty and accepts almost all insurance ls. That quality itself talks about a person volumes.Moreover by accepting all insurances, she doesn’t do a poor job. She is very thorough in putting all her efforts to please the patient by taking personal care to see that the procedure she is performing on the patient is complete and satisfactory.Communication is a bit difficult initially until both the doctor and the patient gets to know each other and understand the accents of both the patient and the doctor.The TV in front of the patient’s chair always plays some beautiful exotic sceneries making the patient feel like he/she is on vacation instead of a dentist’s chair.The office admin is a one fine human being always trying to accommodate the patient by juggling the schedule and if some one cancels their appointments, will reach out to the patient in the wait list and accommodates. Also equally good in re-scheduling the appointments.doesn’t matter how many stars the Empire Dental at Old Bridge receives.My experience with this practice for the last one year is excellent.Similarly the dental hygienist Ms. Swetlana Mikhol is a nice woman who makes the patients comfortable and does her job quietly and efficiently. She is very good at regular cleaning and deep cleaning procedures.I was informed that she also performs teeth whitening.Needless to say that the front office staff are also very friendly and accommodating.Even though this practice is a half an hour drive for me, I prefer this place.
