Emergency Dental Care USA Reviews
I absolutely love Shelly, she was wonderful and comforting. The dentist in the back were really good and patient too. I highly recommend this place if you have any dental issues
Dec 22, 2024 · Jasmine MartinezThis place really deserves zero stars. I had a bottom buccal filling fall out over the weekend and went to this location because my regular dentist had odd hours due to Christmas week, and I wouldn’t be able to get in for days. This place fit me in quickly which was such a relief, but then I quickly realized what a nightmare this place was. First, when I pulled up, I wasn’t even sure I was at the right place. They have no sign on the building, but online, it looks like they have a big sign (which I later realized was added digitally to their website photo). That was the first red flag. When they looked at my tooth, the dentist did this with his mask under his chin while in my face and then he realized his mistake and put it on correctly. That was another red flag. He then numbed me and then went to help another patient. By the time they finally got back to me, the numbing was wearing off, but the second time he numbed me, he numbed me in a completely different spot. I felt pain so he kept numbing me in different places, and by the time I left, I couldn’t even blink one of my eyes for several hours. He filled the tooth, but didn’t clean or prep the area beforehand. The water didn’t work in one room so I was moved to another, but in that room, the chair didn’t work well. They didn’t have those glasses that dentists use to protect my eyes so water was spraying in my eyes the whole time and they didn’t seem to notice. Looking like I’d had a bad stroke, I finally walked out of that place with my filled tooth, but I had such a bad feeling about the entire experience. Five days later, I’m flossing my teeth and part of the filling falls off so now I have to go to the dentist again, but this time it will be my regular dentist (thankfully). I contacted this emergency “dentist” the day after my visit to let them know about my experience, but no one replied. I contacted them today through their texting and by calling them, but again, no response, so this seems to be normal and acceptable care for them to provide. This week I have learned that an emergency dentist is not the same quality as a regular dentist, but honestly, you shouldn’t have to wonder if the person working on your tooth even has a dental degree or if they cleaned the tools they’re using or if the doctor thought to change his gloves when he changed patients. That’s the kind of place this is. It’s like a Temu dentist office. Stay as far away from this place as possible!!
Dec 27, 2024 · Carrie DI got work done in May because I was having such bad pain I was desperate, I went in the dentist recommended I filled the tooth even though I was showing signs of an infection. (I didn’t know about the infection until I went to a different dentist and this one didn’t say anything) I was really upset at first because my pain continued I went somewhere else just 2 days later and atleast they were more upfront with me saying the pain will get worse you either get a root canal or take the tooth out. And I was calling back to complain for weeks that they filled my tooth with signs of infection and they took an x ray of my mouth so that’s why I was so upset and there office is just very unorganized they kept saying I’m so sorry that happened someone will reach out to you, i finally get a hold of the office manager and says she hadn’t heard anything about this situation. I was very upset but I realized these people aren’t gonna do anything for me. She tried to de escalate the situation and she told me to “prove” I had an infection too. Which is so dumb because they have the X-rays. but I can tell in the tone in her voice like it sucks but we can’t do anything. And I get it I guess so I just gonna let it go. But now in November I get a text saying my insurance didn’t cover because it was out of network. I asked before getting any work done here if my insurance worked with them and the lady in the front was like yea you should be good. And I know they can check prior if I’m in network or not. So she either lied and didn’t check or worse knew I wasn’t in network and just said that to make their company more money.
Nov 24, 2024 · Laura CabralesMy visit went very well. Very Friendly and Professional. Due to the seriousness of my diagnosis I’m currently seeking a second opinion. But they took Excellent Care of me and have me headed in the right direction🙌🏿👏🏿👆🏿🫶🏿🙏🏿Always.
