Great experience from start to finish. Gloria, at the front desk, went above and beyond to make sure all our info was correct for my daughters visit, beforehand. When we arrived, she knew who we were, greeted us warmly, and we waited for only a few minutes in their very nicely appointed waiting area. We were treated kindly and with respect. Tatiana and other blonde woman(I'm so sorry to have forgotten her name) who worked with us were both top notch. Dr Kapoor took her time, explained her actions and findings patiently to both my 8 year old daughter and myself. 11/10

I've been going to Embassy Dental in Bellevue for a few years and have loved the experience. They are professional and friendly. They also do a good job of explaining their processes with you. I've had no issues using my dental insurance with them and they have been open about what is covered by my insurance and presenting costs before going forward with any procedures beyond the general cleaning. I have no complaints! Thanks Embassy Dental!

Best experience at a dentist! Dr. Otterpohl has exceptional bedside manner and I’m terrified to go to the dentist and everyone made me feel super at ease. Gloria at the front desk was super informative on my insurance benefits and really broke everything down for me. Wish I could give more stars, this team really feels like a family!

I am genuinely ready to contact those who manage google reviews because I cannot give an adequate number of stars on just how much I appreciated the service from Embassy Dental - specifically, Dr. Otterpohl & his assistant Lexi.Gloria is a wonderful presence at the front. She took my frantic call at the start of this year when two of my teeth had cracked due to anemia. Without a beat she had me in the chair the next day.Getting to the good part, my smile is now stunning! As it goes with anemia, it usually takes a cracked tooth for iron deficiency’s effect on the mouth & jaw is recognized. I knew there was a slew of other dental procedures coming my way & everyone in the office treated me with such care & sensitivity. I was always checked in on, never misled on treatment plans & EVERYONE 100% delivered.Thank you so so much. I can smile again!(So much so, I am even willing to post an EXTREME CLOSE-UP)

Dr. Otterpohl is simply the best! I'm very particular about dentists due to all the horror stories I've heard. There's no fear with this group. Not only is the doctor kind, patient, and gentle but the staff are warm and inviting into their "home." I highly recommend Embassy Dental. I will never go any place else.
