I had been a patient at Ellington Dental for over 20 years. I have no complaint about their dentists or technicians, my reason for leaving is staff related.. when trying to book a cleaning around my work schedule, I was treated unprofessionally and ultimately laughed at because we could not find a convenient date.. the final straw was when my appointment was moved 8 months out. Too busy to treat a 20 year patient, unprofessional admin staff, they obviously don't care to keep long time patients.

I recently received a bill for services from 2021, this is something we thought was dealt with before. When contacted the office they said they would look into it and get back to us which never happened. We went in and paid the bill without explanation from the staff. I contacted the office and left a message we received an email shortly filled with excuses, I responded back and never received a response back to date. This is crazy to receive a bill from 2021 and not be provided a reason why. This delay has eliminated my ability to challenge the insurance company if in fact it was an error on their part due to the very slow billing response from Ellington Dental. They lost a family of four because of their poor billing practices. I'm not saying we didn't owe the money I just have no way of finding out. Just double check your bills so you don't get slapped with a bill from 2021. It is a shame we had to leave because we liked the medical staff at the practice.

Again a amazing visit to a dentist. Yup i said it!! Dr Landman and his assistant Kathy helped me survive my fear of dentists. Held my hand and even got me right in with oral surgeon! You want go where your cared for! This is the place!!

I have always struggled to find a dentist that is good with handling dental anxiety patients. I also had some bad past experiences and neglected my dental health for a while. I found Ellington Dental and Dr. Lauren Powers and I am very happy now. Dr. Powers and Kathy are great and front office is extremely friendly. It's great to realize I have found my dental practice for life. My smile couldn't be happier!!
