I have been going to Dr. B for over 10 years now. He along with his staff have always provided me and my entire family with exceptional care and treatments. From their front office staff (especially G.B. and Alyssa), to his hygienists, assistants, and Dr. B himself, we have always had great experiences. My husband and I have referred several friends, co-workers, and we now bring our grandchildren to Elite Family Dental (South Rainbow location). I have been coming here for 5 years as well as my husband and 4 kids. We all love Dr. Will and the staff is always friendly. I have referred no less than 9 other families who have all thanked me for the great referral. Dr.Will is very caring and very informative and most importantly very gentle. I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist but every time I leave not only am I not in pain but it always seems to be a fun experience, believe it or not. Last week my lower tooth chipped and I called the office at 5:00pm. They told me to come down even though they closed at 6pm. When I got there I found out I needed a crown and to my surprise Dr. will and the staff offered to stay late so they could get me out of pain. I don't know any other dentist who goes above and beyond for their patients. I will continue to refer every one I know to elite family dental. They are the best !!!

i was calling to schedule my mom appointment and the girl on the phone was polite until the phone call continued. i would like to say the doctor who helped my mom was AMAZING! he deserve everything in the world but the girl on the phone told me that my mom had an appointment early this morning and we didn’t recall making an appointment so i asked if they call the day before. she said she did and told me the number they called, but it was a number my mom had 2 years ago and we only visited this place once a month ago, so we don’t even know how they got that number but she changed the number and i remembered i made an appointment that i totally forgot about and asked out of curiosity if they called that same number. she asked for my name and said yes. but while she was looking she said, “we call patients the day before as a courtesy but it’s also the patients responsibility to remember the appointment so don’t get mad at me” not once did i raise my voice and not once did i give her any attitude. BUT IF i did it does not give her the right to say that because we are paying patients to this place. all i ask was a simple question and that response was not professional at all. to the the girl on that phone i believe it’s your responsibility to have the right cell phone number on file so this problem doesn’t occur again. & because of that phone call i did not reschedule my appointment and i will no longer do business with them again.
