Terrible customer service at Elite Dental Group. There are many unprofessional, annoying, and disruptive girls at the front desk who will pester you with calls before your visit, and once you arrive on time, they make you wait about an hour. The doctors are good, but the incompetent service and even worse, the awful pricing structure, leave no chance for you to remember the doctors.Their pricing is outrageous, and it feels like they manipulate customers to squeeze as much money as possible. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with these so-called "business doctors." I am extremely dissatisfied. Has humanity really degraded to the point where the only value left is money? Hippocrates, the father of medicine, once wrote that "Medicine is truly the noblest of all arts." What remains of that nobility?

Elite Dental Group is a game-changer!I recently had a teeth whitening and deep cleaning done, and it was incredible .Dr. Andre is a true magician, and the whole staff is simply amazing.The Rolls Royce ceilings are mind blowing.Highly recommended!

Cannot recommend Elite Dental Group highly enough. I have been going to various dentists in Los Angeles for over 12 years now and was not happy with any of them. All of them were pushing for unnecessary drilling and many had horrendous customer service. The team here was so kind and great about explaining the state of my tooth health and not pushing any unnecessary procedures. So happy to have finally found a dentist I love here!
