I have had a negative experience with my dentist, which I won’t get into, which led up to needing a root canal. From the moment I spoke with Jen to make my appointment, I immediately felt at ease. I visited Dr Tyler’s office for my first root canal today, which I was nervous about. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, kind, and professional from start to finish. I really liked Dr Tyler’s approach, being very forthcoming about what would be happening, when/how, so I had no questions or worries throughout the process. She checked in on how I was doing multiple times, which made me feel comfortable. When all was said and done, I had a tear in my eye (that I tried hard to keep in) and almost told her I could’ve hugged her. In all of my experiences with dentists and doctors, none have made me feel as cared for. I will absolutely continue going to see Dr Tyler and will tell all friends and family to also see her for Endodontic needs. And most importantly, thank you for making me better!!"
