My experience with Dr Li has been nothing short of outstanding. As a dentist myself, I chose her as my provider because of her training in prosthodontics and years of experience. She is extremely meticulous and her skill set is unparalleled. From the prep to temporization and the final crown itself, Dr Li adhered to the highest standards of treatment. If I could give Dr. Li and staff more stars, I would. Let me just preface this that I have been looking for the right cosmetic dentist for years, and I have been to numerous consultations to find the doctor that I felt right about. I was very concerned and specific how I wanted my smile to look, and since this is a permanent change, I wanted to be more than 100% sure before I committed to the right cosmetic dentist.I met Dr. Li last year and explained my wishes and how I didn't want a drastic change to my appearance, yet, I wanted a new smile that would help me improve my confidence.As soon as I met Dr. Li, I felt completely at ease and assured that I have finally found the right cosmetic dentist. I have seen photos on the website of smile makeovers, and that was a huge factor in me making my in person consultation. Dr. Li explained what she would do, what the process will be like, and walked me through everything in such a way that I felt completely confident and excited to get started.Fast forward a few months - after impressions were taken, smile design tested, and temporaries applied - when I broke my temp not once but twice - in just a few days. Dr. Li and Lisa specifically told me how to care for my temps and lo and behold, I did the exact opposite - and shattered two of the temps.When I called the office on Thursday, they told me Dr. Li was out of the office and yet, a few hours later I received the call and Dr. Li and staff squeezed me in on a 'closed' office day on Friday bright and early, as I was getting ready to leave for my vacation.I am more than impressed by the work that Dr. Li has done for me so far, the way she and the staff are kind, patient, and accommodating, and she has made me feel so good even tho I broke my own temp being careless.Dr. Li is a professional, a true artist, and has such a talent creating stunning smiles - I trust her eye and vision completely and like they say - good things come to those who wait.I waited a long time to find this incredible Dr., and boy, am I happy I did - and that I found the right one who has given me exactly what I asked for - and better.Thank you Dr. Li, Lisa, and the entire staff.
