Worst dentist you can ever go to. First of all, this place lost my chart like 3 times. He still operates his office like the 1950s, paper charts. He will do uncessary work or x-ray to rip you off and get more money out of you. One day, I went in for a regular teeth clean. He was rushing, rushing and rushing. He did not even polish the teeth at the end. Do you want a dentist to rush through your work? He carelessly cut off two pieces of my gums off. Extremely heavy bleeding and was in pain for 5 days. Seriously, this is not a dentist you want to go to. You have hundred of choices in this area. He doesn't and won't answer any of your questions. When you ask him questions, he just walk away and walk in to his room. He won't educate you or explain anything to you. Terrible dentist, careless work and he won't look into your teeth, he will only look into his watch or the clock. Did I mention he was rushing? Will never ever come back even if it's free. Won't go back even if he pays me to go back. Worst dentist ever. Negative Five Stars.

I was between dentists because my own dentist of 30 years finally retired and the last dentist I saw advised me to get a deep cleaning. After examining my x-rays, Dr. Sum Li concluded that I did not need this rather expensive procedure.Fast forward to 9/9/2022, the day I called to schedule a cleaning. When I told them I that I had insurance, Dr. Sum Li told me that I needed to see a specialist for a deep cleaning based on the very same x-rays I submitted to them 6 months prior and refused my request for a regular cleaning.

do not pay cash for deposit, they wont give u back even they received the money from insurance, they are trying to find all the excuses not to refund to you.
