I cannot understand all these 5-star reviews. I had *such* a bad experience at this office & with Dr. Satla in particular. I have never had a cavity. I never had braces. I had never before had a deep-cleaning. My teeth have always been excellent so I am not afraid of the dentist. I went through chemotherapy which caused some gum issues. It was recommended I see a Periodontist & Dr. Patla is in network and within 5 miles from me.Unfortunately, Dr. Patla had a terrible chairside manner with me and is a questionable clinician at best. She did not explain ANYTHING she was doing or why & does not know how to give a painless injection, which Good practitioners do. (Small, slight injection of novacaine to initiate numbness, then proceed with more, deeper injections once the gum is less sensitive. This is not rocket science. It's good patient care.)She is soft-spoken & wearing a mask so I could not hear her instructions over the noisy suction and water-based cleaning device. This annoyed her. She spent

I had a tooth taken out by Dr. Patla. It didn't hurt at all and it was out in no time. Dr. Patla is very professional, patient, and caring. Her staff is also very professional and friendly. I will be going back for a cleaning and look forward to it! And we didn't have to wait in the waiting room either. Highly recommended!
