I found Dr. Reyes through a Google search to have my teeth whitened. I called to discuss the procedure and Luz was very knowledgeable and was able to answer. The one question she was unable to answer she said she would check and call me back which she did. Luz made one of the best first impressions over the phone that I have experienced in quite a while and is the reason I decided to go ahead and schedule my appointment. When I Arrived for my appointment I was amazed at how nice the office is. Very clean and very professional staff. Luz introduced me to Jasmine who was going to be assisting Dr. Reyes with my whitening procedure. Dr. Reyes did the initial exam to make sure everything looked good before the whitening process began. Jasmine was wonderful throughout the process and very considerate while frequently asking if I was feeling any sensitivity or discomfort. As far as comfort goes, I have never been in a dental chair and been offered a neck pillow and a larger cushion for my legs to rest on. I am very anxious and nervous anytime I go to the dentist and the extra attention paid to ensuring I was very comfortable made a huge difference in Reducing my anxiety. I am very pleased with how great my teeth looked after the whitening procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Reyes, Luz, and Jasmine not just for whitening, but for any dental work you may need. Sincerely one of the best dental office visits I have experienced.
