I've never had a problem with them till they found a root canal and they did therapy for the tooth infected that had to have a hole made to do so,the temporary filling fell out .And at the time I was told by them my insurance would cover a crown, meanwhile 6 weeks later a response from the insurance was rejected. If I would have known that the ground wasn't supposedly covered by insurance then I wouldn't have had a hole made in My tooth, and I was just told that there is still areas that need to be treated so now I have to go through the process all over again... I've witnessed someone that has the same insurance got a crown covered by the insurance so why try to charge me $700 for one. I went ahead and changed dentist and was just told a whole better plan and a couple options to fix my situation and to be happy with my smile and I didn't ask for 😆🦷.

The doctor and the staff are tremendously awesome very caring. Did not care about money. Only cared about making me feel better and taking care of my urgent problem they took my insurance. Thank God he is an awesome Dr. his staff is so caring excellent customer service I totally refer them to everyone. I recommend them he is now my doctor for myself and my two kids. Please go see him you will not regret it. He is the best he could care less about insurance and more about taking care of the patients needs. Thank God for him. God bless him and his staff. He was awesome when no one else wanted to help me.

I had to have some teeth pulled due to Diabetes and then have a bottom Denture plate. The staff and Dr. Mendez are all so friendly and helpful and Dr. Mendez is very good and gentile as he could be. I Highly Recommend Dr. Mendez Dental the care is exceptional you won't be sorry.

Dr. Mendez has been my dentist for quite a few years now. If anyone could give a proper review it would be me. It's very hard to find a good dentist. So I feel fortunate finding Dr. Mendez because with him I receive the best dental care there is to offer. I can honestly say his office, as well as the staff, is the most pleasant and well managed I've ever seen. The staff is well organized, attentive and respectful. You know you have a good doctor when his staff treats him with the highest respect. I'm so impressed with the care I receive and how professional the doctor and staff is I had to share it.

This dental office is one of the best. Usually you wait on hold, have to go through an automated service to speak to someone. This office is amazing, someone answers right away- old school and I love that. They are super personable and friendly. His staff are all super nice and he’s a efficient and thorough dentist. His receptionist, Tina, is so sweet and has always accommodated me with my busy schedule. I definitely suggest going here !
