Dr. Capozzi and his office are the best. I’ve never liked going to the dentist but they do a great job of making it a comfortable experience. The entire staff is super nice and friendly. The quality of work is better than any dentist I’ve gone to. I wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on.

I don’t know the quality of his work. My rating is based on the absence of his professionalism. He refused service. Didn’t give me a reason why.I understand it is up to the dentist’s discretion but he had me pending follow-ups for two months only to refuse service with no further information. I could have simply found another dentist.I asked if there was something he needed or anything I could do. The office said they didn’t know.. he just didn’t want to perform any service. I asked if I could speak with him. They essentially told me no. I asked if it was something I did. They told me no.If you’re military, look elsewhere. What an inconvenience. They told me they service another military member and are familiar with what is needed. For that reason, I thought I would be in-and-out. I continue to be puzzled about why Dr. Capozzi refused service.
