Had dental work done. I was given so much Novocain my face was numb from my forehead to my ears to my nose to my neck. It lasted 6 hours. Going into several days later I have had chronic headaches, lock jaw and jaw pain. I was told the worst part would be getting the Novocain… it was not. I can barely eat regular food. I’ve had smoothies the past week. When I left I wasn’t told anything other then you’ll be fine and have a good day.

I have not been to a dentist in Many years. I went to Dr. Williams for an emergency. It was wonderful. I can't imagine a better experience! I had an extraction and it was comfortable and nice. I appreciate the attention, great job, honesty, and detail. Everyone there was awesome.

I want to start by saying, I have severe dental phobia/anxiety. Crippling to the point that I refused to go to a dentist for years after an especially horrific experience. I put off going as long as I possibly could until the pain was just too bad. I knew I had some serious issues with my teeth and was super embarrassed which only made my anxiety even worse. I recently moved to Simsbury and decided to call Dr Williams after reading some reviews. I tearfully explained my situation and the very lovely woman on the other end of the line was so kind and empathetic. She let me know that Dr Williams was pretty much booked solid for the next 10 days but got me in the first available appointment. Because of the amazing customer service I received, I felt confident enough to go ahead and book the appointment. Not five minutes later, she called me back to let me know she spoke to the Dr and he wanted to get me in sooner so they pushed my appointment up to 5 days and told me if I couldn’t hold out till then to call the office and they would figure something out and get me in right away. Wow, I thought, now I was sure I made the right choice. Fast forward and I now have 4 appointments with Dr. Williams under my belt, with two more coming up soon.I don’t think I can properly express just how amazing Dr. Williams and ALL of his staff are. Everyone has been so compassionate and patient and gentle. In my 42 years, I have never had a dental practice treat me with such respect and genuine care, not only about my dental health but also my severe anxiety. Dr. Williams is simply fantastic! He’s clearly an amazing dentist and I’m so thankful I found him. Also, because I need a lot of work done, I was so appreciative of how upfront and honest they were about what my insurance would cover and what the total cost would be. No surprises down the line.5 stars just doesn’t seem to cut it, they deserve way more!

I have been going to Dr. Williams for several years. He and his staff are AMAZING and empathetic with my dental care. I went today for my cleaning, and I have the BEST care of my 😬 teeth. The front desk staff is an ASSET in your office. Thank you, Dr. Williams.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Michael Williams and his staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and true experts in their field. My family has been seeing Dr. Michael Williams for over 10 years and he consistently delivers an exceptional experience for each one of us. Most recently, I chipped a tooth on a Tuesday night. I called Dr. Williams office the next morning at 8AM and they were able to perform a flawless emergency repair an hour later at 9AM in between seeing other patients. I can't recommend his office enough.
