I had a root canal done on Friday, October 25th. I called the office on Monday, October 28th, to report excessive swelling, bruising and pain. They told me that's normal. I saw my regular physician for an appointment that day. She said "ABSOLUTELY not normal." Tuesday I sent pictures and and a note asking for help and a solution for the pain and swelling. No response at all. I sent more pics on Wednesday and Thursday, Again no response. My text on Thursday, I mentioned that I would be posting on social media what a horrible experience I had. Of course, they called me late Friday morning and said they could fit me in later on Friday afternoon. This was 8 days later. I told them no, too little, too late. They called because I said I was going on social media. They had all week to respond. The last picture with the light bruising is from today, Tuesday, November 5th, 12 days since the root canal. Not Normal. I have spoken to another physician and at least 10 people that have had 1 to 4 root canals, and Never had this happen. Giving a week to address a problem is more than fair. Making me suffer with no acknowledgement is very bad business. I DO Not recommend Dr. Galsterer.

The endodontist my son saw was pretty standoffish and was either super duper busy that day or struggled socially, but he did a fantastic job on my son's tooth. My son was terrified about it hurting, but he said it did not hurt one bit to get that root canal. The office staff (front desk and the techs we met) is spectacular here. They are super sweet, attentive, and gentle.
