I only gave them a one star because they answered their phone. 6 weeks ago I went on their website and requested an appointment. I got a call a week and a half later and scheduled an appointment for October 15th at 1:30. They asked me for all my personal information and who my insurance was with and was all set for the appointment. I called them this morning just see if there was any cancellations in the morning and they said they don't even have me in their computer and that I don't have an appointment. I explained to them to please accommodate me since it took six weeks to make the appointment but they couldn't help me. Then I asked them to look for the next 5 weeks to squeeze me in on one of my days off and they couldn't accommodate me either. I won't be calling them again I think they have very bad customer service and is not concerned about a patient's time or concerns
