Dr. Jay, as a dentist, is probably good at her job but she did a great disservice to my mother. She chose to address my mother's broken tooth by causing damage to the tooth next to it by bonding the broken tooth to the good one which then also broke (likely due to being over-stressed). My mom trusted her to fix her tooth, trusted her to stand by her work, trusted her to follow through on services paid for in full but in stead, after causing more damage, Dr Jay refused to stand by her work, refused to even look at the result her actions and then refused my mother as a continuing patient.Apparently, receiving sub-par services is all that is needed to warrant the ire and abandonment by Dr. Jay.

I have found this approach to dental work amazing, after having years of old fashioned expensive treatment that failed. Dental hygienist and reception are so helpful and a wealth of information. They show patience and really listen to the patient!!

Dr. Jay is an exceptional dentist. I used to be terrified to go to the dentist, but thanks to Dr. Jay, I look forward to going to see her. She is extremely patient, compassionate, and competent. She takes the time to explain everything to me without being condescending. She placed a ceramic implant and did such a beautiful job. I can't even tell that it's an implant because she matched the color of the crown to my natural teeth so well. Additionally, her staff are wonderful, patient, and very helpful. Lisa and Vanessa work at the front desk and are always happy to help and answer all of my billing questions. Wonderful dentist and a wonderful team. I highly recommend Dr. Jay.

Dr. Jay is an AMAZING dentist! I had a twice infected root canal from a "conventional" orthodontist and could not feel that I had an infection. After over a year of searching seemingly unrelated "symptoms," I finally figured out it was my tooth! At that point, I lost all trust in "conventional" dentists and "conventional" Orthodontists, especially knowing that their remedy would be a Titanium implant. I searched for a Holistic Dentist and I THANKFULLY found Dr. Jay. After my initial contact and sensing my stress after suffering for so long, she and her team jumped to schedule me immediately. Dr. Jay is exceptionally smart which was apparent just by listening to her speak. She masterfully removed the infected tooth and placed the ceramic implant in the very same day. The is also very empathetic and was very supportive throughout the healing process, assuring me that the implant was going to be a success. Since the upper jaw does take longer to heal, after 5 months, I am HEALED!!!! I cannot thank her and her staff enough! Additionally, I am going to have her do the last tooth I need crowned as well as remove and redo an old crown bonded with metal. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR JAY. Even though I live 45 minutes away from her office, she is worth every mile. If I could have her not just as my dentist but also my general doctor I WOULD IN A HEARTHBEAT!
