My boys have been patients of Dr. Greene's for 5+ years. They always and only have good things to say when they are done with their cleanings/appointments. My kids never "fear" going to the dentist, even after having multiple teeth pulled to prepare them both for braces. Dr. Greene is honest, caring, and soft spoken with a calming, quiet demeanor. My boys trust Dr. Greene and that makes me feel great. In addition, the office staff is stellar. Throughout the past 5+ years of both face-to-face and telephone encounters, I have not once talked with any staff member who has not been exceptionally pleasant, helpful and personable. And, somehow, some way, they keep their appointments on schedule! :) Unlike other offices, we have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. We are always called at, or within minutes of, our appointment time. My family and I are extremely happy with Dr. Greene's practice. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care. They are definitely a cut above!

I took my oldest son for more than five years, my two-year-old son since he was born, but I was sure I would never take my third child (he is two months old). Initially I liked him because his office is small, the doctor can being good I have no complaints about him, but what really bothered me was the customer service, he made no effort to help me when I needed it (I am a Spanish-speaking person), they limited themselves to saying that they did not speak English but they had no problem in try to help me even if it was with a cell phone to translate, I had to figure out if I needed something, but what really made me want to go somewhere else was when my children had a date and I went there (the trip was 35 minutes due to the distance) and there was no one, I called to ask about my appointment and they told me that they would return in two weeks, they had sent the message to another person but they never sent it to me (many times I requested that they change the number but they never they did), But I still thought I'd give it another chance and keep going. When I wanted to make an appointment again to reschedule it (a person who spoke English always helped me on the calls) they ended with a phrase that really bothered me and was the sign for me that I should definitely not return to this place and that phrase was “I don't know why she takes appointments here if she doesn't know how to speak English” and if I was really very stupid to spend so much time in a place where from the beginning they were so discriminatory for not knowing English, I repeat; I put up with a lot of things because the doctor really didn't seem bad to me. And I could go on with many more negative episodes, I definitely do not recommend this place for Spanish-speaking people!

As I state every time we go, we absolutely love Dr. Greene and his entire staff and appreciate all of them so much! My daughter used to have extreme anxiety going to the dentist, but since we found Dr. Greene, she can not wait to go to her apt. He is so real, informative, exceptional with kids, fun and great to talk with! They distract the kids with so much fun that the apt is over before they realize it began. Wonderful dentist facility and if you haven’t gone yet, you’re missing out!

I'm sure Dr. Greene is an excellent dentist, but we didn't have a chance to find out. I was very grateful for a last minute appointment, however when we arrived, there was no appointment in their system. They didn't have time to treat the problem, so I was given a lecture on how fluoride works and scheduled a follow-up appointment. We had the problem fixed elsewhere.

Dr. Greene is the BEST dentist around!!! My kids consider appts with him a highlight of their week! What dentist achieves that?? He is thorough. Communicates well with both the kids and me as the parent. He is personable. He’s is always on time! We’ve moved since we first found him and he’s worth the 15 mile drive!
