Bottom line: To be told by the office staff my coverage was accepted and services would be covered ahead of the visit and then be invoiced after the fact—with no explanation— is a completely unscrupulous way of conducting business. I will never do business with this dental office again and would encourage other consumers to consider seriously their choices when seeking dental treatment and a dental provider."
