This place is a scam! I paid all of my fees the same day of my appointment and they kept sending me letters that I have unpaid balance. First of all they will never perform any services unless you pay the same day. I brought the notice to the office and they advised that that was an error and to pls disregard. After receiving a few more notices I brought them to the office and was assured again I was fine. Now I am in collections with a bill I paid for 100 dollars. I am a working professional and can def afford $100 bucks. Why would I ever let $100 affect my credit report? They are a scam! I will be hiring an attorney because I have all the proof that I paid them for absolutely every service that my insurance did not cover. I called and spoke to someone in the Waterbury location and they advised the manager will contact me and after months of me continuing to follow up I have yet to speak to that manager!I am so disappointed with this company and will never step foot at one of their locations ever again!!!

They were running a little late, but nothing to bad. Once we were in a room they addressed our needs, and got right to work. My husband is getting new dentures. We used them before and got great service, so we have come back for a new set.

The doctor and the staff were very nice. I am diabetic and my sugar crashed while I was in the chair. They took very good care of me. One of them gave me her delicious m&m cookie (thank you so much) to bring my sugar back up. I would say that is above and beyond! Thank you!!

My wife had an appointment with this place. They refused to do acleaning and now my wife has an infection. This office is horrible. They try and force a credit card on you and also refuse to give referrals. Anyone who reads this please do not come to this dentist. They are very unprofessional and need staff that actually care about your teeth and oral health. Everyone who comes to doctor dental should leave a review about how their appointment truly went. Please help shut these doors!

Very happy staff. Was a very comfortable atmosphere! Carolyn was funny, personable, and explained my treatment plan as thoroughly as possible. Absolutely love their later hours due to my work schedule and couldn't believe how quick they got me in for an appointment!
